    What materials are included in each DIY kit?

    Depending on what DIY Kit you select you will have a variety of items to ensure that you have everything you need to complete your frame. Each kit will always come with a detailed instruction video accessible through a QR code. A frame, complete with backboard, hanging equipment, background, perspex with protective film and a bespoke mount.


    Does the mountboard come pre-cut?

    All mountboard and borders will be pre cut in house to your specification. Any double borders will be fixed together so mounting of any additional products is easy. All mounts will fit the frame selected only using the highest quality mount board from our trusted suppliers.


    Do you offer instructional guides or Tutorials?

    Yes — all of our DIY Framing kits come with complete step-by-step instructions which can be accessed by QR code which you will receive with your kit. However if you have any concerns or questions you can speak to a member of our team on 01202 028 282


    Do the frames come with hanging hooks?

    Yes, all frames come with hanging hooks pre assembled.


    What tools do I need for a DIY frame?

    All of the consumables that are required for the DIY frames such as framers tape are supplied. However we may occasionally in our videos ask you to use everyday household items such as a knife or scissors to help make the framing easier. 


    Can I request additional colours?

    Yes, if you can’t see the colour you’re looking for, you’re more than welcome to suggest it. We work with several approved mountboard suppliers that have a big range of colours to choose from. Please contact us at hello@deluxediydisplays.co.uk for more information. 


    Can I order bespoke kits and materials?

    Yes absolutely — please visit our contact us page and we will do our best to help.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Yes! We currently offer shipping to a wide range of countries in Europe, America and Asia. Please enter your address at checkout to see if we can get a kit to you!


    How long will my order take to dispatch?

    We aim to ship your items in 3–7 working days, however in peak times this takes longer, such as Christmas. If you are looking to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us in advance. 


    How do I track my order?

    You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you by email. This will arrive in your email inbox once your package has been delivered. For any other updates please contact us via email: hello@deluxediydisplays.co.uk.


    How long does shipping take?

    All deliveries are on a next day service, meaning they will be delivered on the next working day. You will be notified by text and email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

    What payment methods do you take?

    We take all major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay Express checkout. 


    Do you offer payment plans?

    Currently we offer Klarna’s services at checkout. If you choose to pay using Klarna you will be redirected and they will provide you with specific payment terms such as “Pay in 3” and “Buy now pay later”. 


    Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes! We do offer bulk discounts on larger orders of kits/supplies. Please enquire using our contact form and we will get back to you with a competitive quote.

    Follow us on Instagram or Facebook and subscribe to our newsletter in the footer for discounts and promotions. 

    What is your returns policy?

    We do offer returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. However, the refund will depend on the reason for return as some of our products involve customisation. Please refer to our full returns policy at the bottom of our returns form. 


    What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order has arrived damaged we apologise for this. In this circumstance we can offer a direct replacement or exchange to make up for the damage. To initiate a return request please use our returns form and await a message back. 


    How do I start a return?

    To start a return please head over to our returns form and fill in all of the information. We will then get back to you within 48 working hours with a solution or a request for more information/proof.
